Time to use your own procrastination.... against itself

We all have those times where we're like laying down somewhere.... or on our ass (excuse my french) and we have stuff do errands to run bills to pay...but that's not seeming to make us want to get out of the bed, or wherever we're procrastinizing<---- (new word) yeah sorry spellcheck, but anyways I figured out a way to motivated yourself in seconds. 

Think about this for a second.... imagine yourself having to pee.... Now if you gotta pee real bad. You're not gonna just be like oh my... I'll just do it later..... nope... It's more like gotta pee now. Don't wanna wet my pants. So the question is what makes us act immediately on having to use the bathroom? Simple the discomfort. If you could someway somehow make it that discomfortable to lay down and procrastinate you probably wouldn't put off a task ever again. 

So in turn build up as much discomfort from sitting there laying down as you would if you had to pee... not to mention that you wanna avoid wetting yourself.... Heck maybe if you were to always drink water you'd always have to pee therefore you'd always have to get up off your ass, and while you're at it peeing might as well do those dishes you had to wash......

Hey guys, Foxx here welcome to my first blog. I decided to make this blog because I've had so many methods, and techniques that get myself going when I'm in a procrastination rut, and to not share with the world would be a tad bit selfish, and not like me.  I wanna ask you have you ever looked at a clock and it would probably say something like I don't know 10:00am and then you get another chance to look at the clock and it'll say something like let's say 4:00pm, and it just feels the clock did a lot of counting, and you just did a lot of nothing?... Well we all have the toughest part is you can't get to the bottom of why.  We're all sitting at our desks but our minds aren't cooperating. Then you start to feel the only to fix this whole problem is to sleep less or work on it at home, and put in extra time that you would've used to spend with your family.
